Fall...

Thursday, September 23, 2010, 9:30 PM

The first day of Fall. The morning’s weather was unpleasant. The cold air came in my open window and disagreeably woke me up at 8:14 AM before my alarm could do the same. It drizzled lightly off and on and, when off, was replaced with a frigid wind. Fall is off to a typical start for the northwest: rainy, dreary, sleepy, overcasty, and sad. The leaves on trees don’t yet seem to be falling with vigor, although yesterday Briana got smacked in the face with a leaf during our outdoor seminar. She said it hurt. I believe her.

Note: My time outside today was limited, so my observations are from walks to and from Ford (9:30-9:35AM and 11:12-11:18AM, respectively) and from Rugby practice (4:00-6:00PM)
