Yes!

While walking across the sky bridge from Kaneko to campus, diligently looking for interesting things about nature, I spotted a small tree. I could see the tree off the right side of the bridge. It's in a small lawn between Sparks and 12th street. (i think it's 12th...) It's a little tree, only 5' tall and 7 1/4" around. Not that the tree itself is very interesting, but it is all by itself and I found that to be kind of weird. To me it looked very vulnerable. Like a belligerent frat guy could accidentally take it out on any given Friday night. Also, I thought the tree would be good because it will be significantly bigger in 10 years if it can survive the test of time.
